There was an incident in this building about a week ago that led to some suites being broken into by the cops Unfortunately for the owners and renters of the suites the management has yet to fix their doors They recweived different information from It's still under further investigation or We are still bidding on which company is cheaper to fix the doors Isn't the management supposed to ensure everyone's safety It has been 11 days and the suites are not yet fixed Take it from someone who is dealing with this situation It will give you an idea on what kind of management this building has

My friend rented a unit in this building in 2009 The unit inself was nice but not worth the over 1000 month she was paying for the one bedroom unit i visited this buidling several times and she had problems with loud neighbours Her storage locker was broken into and valuables were stolen I drove up to the main entrance one day to see a guy peeing off the side of the garage entryway He was not a vagrant On a couple of occasions there was dog poop in front of my friend's suite door One day as I left my friend's unit and made my way to the elevator there was a dirty condom right in front of the elevator on the carpet Don't know if anything in this building has changed my friend moved out a while ago IMHO I would invest my elsewhere

I am planning to make a purchase for one of the units in this building i wanted to know from the renters living in this building if this building has any crime rates or issues Please let me know thanks

This building started out ok and has steadily gotten worse Dirty filthy and a haven for crime I would suggest looking elsewhere to rent Pity the poor suckers who bought their suites
