Reviewed onThe condo unit is good and presentable The rent is on the higher side when compared to units around when I was searching But the 2 washrooms and ensuite washer dryer is a help The condo has a fairly good gym swimming pool sauna hot tub Yoga room etc Cons The media room has old equipment The security is not trained in customer service I feel that the security personnel to should trained Why are residents paying for these gys who are rude and unhelpful to residents For a rentor the building management can be inaccessible Electricity charge could vary from 50 120 CAD
