Pretty good and awesomely conveniently located
Reviewed onThe condo is pretty good it has 2 elevators a gym a theater room secured parking areas a resident building manager and friendly residents It has key fob access where residents can only access their own floor I guess it is pretty much standard nowadays The units have high ceiling 9 and the units have a nice open layout and the floor hallways are wide I have seen other condo with narrow hallways where it is difficult to move things in or out The best thing I like about the condo is its awesome and convenient location It is just a few minutes walk to the bus loop station and Skytrain station Lougheed Town Center Extra Foods Wal Mart Shoppers Drug Mart Korean Markets there are several banks around the area and many restaurants It is also close drive less than 10 min to Costco IKEA Superstore Silver City Cineplex Vancouver Golf Club Community recreation center library parks and schools Access to Highway 1 is also less than 10 min away It is close to practically anything I need and soo convenient which helps me save gas and time and less stress

Good building great owners very friendly
Reviewed onI have lived in this building for 2 years now and I really appreciate this building as many of the homeowners are quite friendly thus creating a great vibe in this condo townhouse community The building appears to be pretty sound A down side is that the gym is somewhat limited in number of equipment The location is very convenient being right by several major banks Extra Foods Lougheed Mall and right by Korea Town As for the colour of the building it has actually grown on me and suits the surrounding area quite well

Good Nothing Spectacular
Reviewed onThe condo itself was good but not spectacular It was a one bedroom and den and faced north so it was fairly quiet I m not too sure about the south side though The area is decent with everything so close by I do agree with the previous review that the exterior color is a little odd

Reviewed onI visited a unit in this building I have to say everything about it was good The condo itself was nice and the location is great everything is so closeby Nice the owners can use the hotel's facilities The only thing I hated was the color of the building
