awful strata thin walls awful neighbours
Reviewed onThe strata here seems useless Theres no upkeep of the landscaping and the common area is extremely outdated They like to charge an arm and a leg but where does the money go There have been break ins and they refuse to put up cameras anywhere If you have a concern don't expect to hear back from them All your monthly strata fee will do is pay for their salary Needless to say the strata council is corrupt also Do NOT buy in this complex My home inspector decided not to inform me how poorly built the whole complex is I can hear a pin drop in my neighbours place next door Even though I don't say anything about noise you'll be issued FINE if your vacuum is too loud
