Relocated for work from New York Amenities pool and gym very nice Sound proofing not great Not a gated community and crime in area seems to have taken a violent turn as of late Positive's are the proximity to the beach Given we have a young family we will be looking elsewhere to purchase If we stay in area will need to be gated
