Overall good complex but some caveats
Reviewed onAlthough a bit far from the lake the imposing building houses a supermarket Nesters pharmacy Paragon plus other commercial operations such as a spa on the ground floor Units that face the inside of the L shaped complex can be noisy as the deliveries for the supermarket start at 7 00 am and the garbage and recycling trucks noisier soon after The pool is okay but less than 3 deep the spa is big Nice lobby and meeting room library Excellent gym facility Large underground parkade 300 cars and three elevators High end finishings in most units but some shortcuts taken during construction Noisy HVAC systems but efficient as geothermal

Reviewed onI live in the Centuria and it is a very well run sound proof building There are numerous ammenities and the condo fees and taxes are reasonable I like that it has no age restriction as you feel that you are part of a much bigger picture I highly recommend this condo complex
