Great Condo Fantastic location
Reviewed onI rented a unit in this building for a year before I bought a unit in the building Yes there were issues but these were addressed in 2013 The condo did not have overland flooding in 2013 The city shutting off the electricity caused sump pump issues which have since been mitigated and there are backups in place The condo association is a group of well educated and informed owners I do not sit on the condo board but have been to a few meetings and I am pleased with this board I rented out my condo when I was out of town for 6 months The renter pool for this area is very good and the rents you can get more than cover any mortgage you would have We are very pleased with our condo the condo association and the location This is a very quiet building

SIMPLY THE BEST
Reviewed onThis has to be one of the most reasonably priced condos at an excellent location for walking downtown or along the Bow River Plumbing problems have been resolved Recycling is possible in the garbage room Parking stalls can be rented out to downtown workers Limited extras mean reasonable condo fees

One of the most unique buildings downtown
Reviewed onNice floorplans with an emphasis on 1 bdrms many of the units have raised ceilings 2 bdrms are rare but amazing Missing some of the extras like granite and new buildings are affecting views a bit to the northwest Definately one of the safest nicest buildings near centre street it's a hit with people working at suncor petro transalta I don't think the building was built for the Calgary weather has problems with heat valves but the condo fixes it no gym or visitor parking though
