Hi I lived here for 2 years as an owner The building has excellent superintendents and is managed by a very attentive and responsive group in Bedford that manages multiple buildings The strata financials are very strong The location is perfect a few blocks in diffrent directions from the Alderney Ferry Macdonald Bridge Sullivan Pond and joining lake trails and waterfront downtown Dartmouth A few min drive from downtown Halifax Dartmouth Crossings and Micmac mall very central Condo itself very quiet neighbours are professionals not a lot of children in the building Parking is inside and heated Lobby is very welcoming Condo is about to get natural gas furnaces condo fees include heat and hot water Reasonable prices for this area of town near much more expensive condo buildings Didn't stay as I finally decided on getting a house but considered the houses for sale in the area as the location is just that good
