7311 Moffatt Road

I lived in one of these units a long time ago The location is excellent Very close to the mall Minoru Park Minoru Community centre pools skating rinks Minoru Library schools and major transit routes and Skytrain The building itself is in ok shape Strata is very keen on keeping the place clean and well cared for Sturdy construction quiet area I would highly recommend this area and this building for anyone with young families Neighbors are great a three neighbors have younger kids They used the lane for kids to play as it is very safe If I had to go back to Richmond I would live there again
