Tarjan Pointe

Bought a condo here January this year and have been living here since Read some bad reviews about Pointe of View and must admit I did have some hesitation buying though the comments were not mentioned as being issues in this building Other older and similar condos in the area were going for at least 75 k more at the time I was looking and it was hard for me to justify that extra cost against a better quality condo In the end I figured I would probably get what I pay for and asked 1 what am I willing to live with 2 is 75 k extra really worth it to be in a building where the developer does not yet have a bad reputation and 3 also consider its potential resale against others ie Will the pricier condos still sell for at least 75 K more than this one in the future plus all the extra interest incurred as such Other items Condo fees include all utilities and are low in comparison to similar sized aged condos in the area Located right by the City Center C Train in the free fare zone Appliances working perfectly and I have not experienced any quality issues Previous owner took good care of the unit and there is little to no wear and tear so maybe I got lucky with this one Usually go to bed at 10 pm during the week and it is dead quiet in the building 24 hour security and a decently sized workout gym Overall I m glad with my purchase the time and money that it has saved me and the lifestyle it allows me to live

This is a great condominium to live in The location is so convenient and right by the City Center C Train station from which point the train fare is free I only use the train when it rains outside because this condo is so close to the downtown core that I usually walk everyday I have had no issues at all with the building 24 hr security workout gym and maybe I am lucky but I have never had problems with loud neighbors or environment Even when my neighbor warned me it might get louder since they were having a party next door I didn't notice anything at all It is so worth living close to my workplace and not have to spend 30 min commuting to and from home everyday

I owned a condo at Tarjan Pointe for over 2 years and loved it The convenience to downtown was a huge plus The condo is up to date with everything a home owner would need The concierge was a nice bonus to have someone to answer any questions we would have and to collect any packages sent to us The work out room was very useful although it got quite busy right after Christmas This condo is so close to the river and Kensington you really do not need a vehicle But for the visitors you do have the convenience of the underground parking was such a nice plus We never had any problems here I would highly recommend this condo

Bad builder all their buildings are bottom end you can hear all your neighbours Lots of renters so common areas aren't well maintained only useful if you want the cheapest condo downtown
