Discovery Pointe

I ve lived in discovery pointe for a year and half This is building is probably the most affordable place with the best location in downtown C train station is just 1 block away freezone This is NOT a high end living place but it has all you need appliance like stove hood fan fridge and dishwasher Bathroom has shower stall bathtub washer and dryer Decent size gym and assigned underground parking at additional cost which is also very reasonable you can park up to 4 cars Management people are very helping Anytime you need fix anything they will send up someone really quickly The building has two wings East and West East wing is for renting But both wings tenants have their own key fob so its very secure This building is NOT 18 but as far as I know there are some small children in this building but no babies You can have cats in East renting tower small dog in West owner tower There has been some renovation going on since this summer the management did not specify what is going on but there are rumors going on saying its a structure problem Anyway as a tenant I had a good time there If you want to INVEST I will suggest you consult someone professional first
