Great to rent wouldn't buy too many unseen issues
Reviewed onLocation was good nice view fair sized units I was on strata council when I owned and the developer definitely saved money during construction by using cheap fixtures and finishes There also appears to be a water balancing issue with the building and some water ingress in the parking lot Worst problem is that the building completely flooded from around the 15 story down just prior to completion As a result of this flood a lot of unseen damage occurred that cannot be seen After threatening legal action the developer finally coughed up some cash to fix the issues identified but council had to waive any future lawsuits therefore if any new problems arise owners will be in trouble
