Reviewed onI have to agree with the last review this building just has the feel of something less than an owners building I am not sure about rental but certainly feels like it is lacking something in up keep and or quality I also heard that it had been rainscreened but somehow I still do not feel comfortable with it I guess on the positive side it may offer good value and if it has been rainscreend then there should not be much to worry about

Reviewed onvisited someone in this building They told me that it had been rainscreened Still the building looks a little older and reminded me of a rental building The condo I saw overlooked Griffiths so it wasn't quiet Pretty close to Skytrain so that is good
