This is a great building and complex but be aware that as with more and more buildings there is maintenance work to be done that has not been planned for or saved for My understanding is that there is an assesment likely in the near future for such work As always make sure you make an informed decision I for one think you have to expect some costs for maintenace beyond what you pay monthly it is just a fact of life and it is better to do the maintenance than leave it until the cost becomes to high

Just was checking out on purchasing a unit in the building Seems like a great place everything very nearby even a short walk to skytrain or bus Seen notice in elevator for information session on why repairs are important Seems very organised and they seem on top of keeping building in top shape Sofar this is one of my top picks with just a few places left to look at in the area

This Mayfair condo is the second of the two Mayfair towers It is very elegant and looks very high end The amenities are great shared by the two towers The condos were a little small in my opinion Each room was as small as could be But overall finishings were nice as well

I visited this building and there are two similar buildings sharing the very nice amenities There was a pool hot tub gym and media room Very nice amenities The condo that I saw was a 2 bedroom unit and it was very nice with high ceilings The rooms seemed a little tight but was a nice layout
