2088 Madison Renaissance Towers Fresco
Reviewed onBeautiful views of Burnaby Mountain to the East especially in the autumn This area is developing rapidly and the Fresco is right in the middle of it in the best location Transportation is extraordinarily convenient The two bedroom unit I visited is spacious well laid out and the balcony is huge I would sell my expensive but tiny downtown condo and move here

Best in the Area
Reviewed onI Have to say I don't agree with the review Rob posted for this building I think this is the best complex in the area by far True that others have a more flashy interior fancier fiishings etc But the quality here is the best in Bretnwood It is Typical again of a BOSA buidling plain but consitently high quality I do agree the Outside looks great stands out by far as having the best street appeal in the area right down to the grande entrance and grounds

Out Side Looks Nicer Than Inside
Reviewed onI looked at both buildings and visited 7 units in total Outside of the building looks very impressive However I was quickly disapointed in the interior of the some of the 2 bed units I visited All had no stainless steel Appliances and the interior design looks like a 6 8 yr old buiding inside I guess I was used to seeing a higher class look and finish of some of the condos near by the area But if you don't really care about the finish and interior looks then this is a potential building to purchase But not my cup of tea But very good location in Burnaby

Reviewed onI ve visited this building many times and think it is very high cl looking The exterior lobby and suites look very nice Views of downtown Vancouver Great location Definitely recommend this building for young couples retirees and for professionals The only negative I can think of is that it is a little noisy being so close to the skytrain
