the good excellent location only a couple of blocks from robson and granville sensible floorplans good quality appliances in the suite sub zero bosch air conditioning heat pump system in suite well maintained fitness facility the bad overvalued prices rents high maintance costs that DO NOT include full acsses to building facilities tenants must pay nearly 100 PER MONTH PER TENANT to use the pool hottub facility frequent break ins in the parkades unit storage lockers and bike storage rooms despite multiple hotel staff on site 24 hours per day The awful a luxury condo tower being built with only 2 elevators servicing a 31 story residential tower is inadequate not to mention the fact that one elevator is constantly out of service broke down or in the process of a move resulting in excrutiating wait times for tenants the fact that the residential bike storage lockers are located in the public parkade means that it is acsessable to thieves at almost any hour of the day or night the result is the lockup being broken into and nearly completely emptied of every bike that was once in there despite 24 hour hotel security on site Poor planning by the developer Millenium and poor security by l hermitage hotel I guess giving the building a sexy french name was enough to sell this building because Millenium dropped the ball on alot of other aspects of the build
