I do believe if there was not a person that controlled the Condo there could be people doing all kinds of unsightly things to make the Condo look in a run down condition I think we as owners should be greatful that we have someone that is keeping everything in order and watching the rules yes we all have rules if you don't like community living you should not live in a Condo I like the way everything is looked after and very clean and neat please don't call down management they are doing their job and looking after our interest and keeping the value of our property up

Their excellent strata council as a previous reply stated makes the building feel more like a prison They literally fish stuff out of garbages and recycling bins and leave it sitting out with threatening notes on it The strata council president's wife takes it upon herself to be the building warden and is so bored that she hands out threatening notices and tickets rather than speaking with the individual She sits and watches the cameras all day because she has nothing better to do It's pathetic

The condo that I rented was beautiful and for the most part everyone was very nice. However we had to unfortunate experience of renting beside the strata presidents unit and his wife is very high on that power. From day one she came up with unreasonable complaints actually complaining to my landlord that she could hear us talking to loud AT 5 PM. She was snooping over the deck one morning and gave us an infraction notice for overwatering our plants Because the water leaks onto the decks below. Soo does mother nature get an infraction when it rains. She made our time here absolutely horrendous. From actually asking us to move our living room around for HER pleasure to just being a rude in general.

Large beautiful units Quiet building Very nicely maintained

This is an awesome building to live in It is very quiet well kept and in a great location There are trails right outside your door and it is close to schools

Very noisy between floors Cracks children playing in the parking lot No room for pets to run Big issues every winter with septic tank Many break in's in the underground garage Very nice looking building but poor quality
