I visited a condo in this building that didn't have a view so I can't comment on that However the building and condo itself were fine nice in fact Highgate Village is great but I m not thrilled about the surrounding area Lot of construction going on so maybe that will help

Visited all 3 buildings by BOSA Was in the mkt for 2 bed 2 bath Was not too thrill about the layout with under 900 sq ft It was a make of a boring shoe box layout The only layout I think it was worth checking out was the 1030 sq ft 2 bed units Layout was much better and the only draw back was the location Burnaby Brentwood area is tops in the bby area So not too crazy about the location But the view was to die for Awesome view if you face North If location does not matter to you then this is one building I recommend However I like the Brentwood area more as I see the value go up in that location

WOW I was very impressed with the view from this building I have been in a few suites in this building and even from some of the lower floors the view is quite amazing All the way from Golden Ears to the Airport to the North s I never would have guessed it The building is very nicely finished also BOSA quality is evident if you have been in BOSA buildings before you will know what I am talking about The surrounding complex is great you have 4 other buildings and a shopping complex including Save On The convenience is great this area used to be not to great but with this devlopment and others being built it seems to be on a good trend You can walk to the skytrain in about 7 minutes which is great not to close but not to far either There is really good value here and I think the area is up and coming
