I ve lived in this building for several years now and things have really turned around We fired the previous management company Longley and are now managed by Ultimate A complete turnaround in management with owners renters being treated properly like they should be Life with Longley was hell to say the least

The building was always clean and quiet in the 3 years I had rented The only real problems within the building were the water was being shut off at least 2 3 times a month in the mornings with very little warning the buzzer doesn't work to let anyone in the building and only one elevator worked I mainly left as the neighbourhood has aged and become home to many undesirable neighbours and passer bys Now I know it's the Beltline but The drunk kids from the bars scream late into morning and The park down the street has seen a lot of drug and gang activity

I ve own live in this building for nearly 20 years At present we have one of the more incompetent management companies Longley Condominium Services running the place The building leaks like a sieve We had a large special assessment in 2008 and 2010 to replace both elevators The second elevator has never been operational since it was replaced updated last March 2011 The other elevator works only when it wants to The landscaping work and parkade conditions are a joke outside parkade never gets cleaned ever Think twice before buying or renting in what is becoming a dive of a condo complex
