Renter Be Warned
Reviewed onBe warned the corruption runs deep with this strata renters are prayed upon and fined without proof or cause Sound travels in this old building so you better have good neighbors and if you have any mobility issues the elevator breaks down quite regularly so be prepared to take the stairs

Barclay Woods
Reviewed onThis place is totally mismanaged by a corrupt Strata Council They never did repairs for years and now are redoing all the pipes in the bathrooms kitchens etc because otherwise they wouldnt pass an inspection Strata fines landlords for no reason and when landlords or owners try to defend themselves no one listens Apartments are nice but the walls are so thin you can hear everything going on and never know where it's coming from Carpets are filthy in common areas and they have a serious mold problem If it was run well and owners were't ripped off it would be a nice place but now it is just gone way down too far to fix
