I just renewed for my 2nd year of rental in this building I have looked at other places and this is by far the best run and clean complex out there that I have been to that ask for more money Been clean and quiet and the good thing I liked about this place that others dont have is a resident manager that responds quick when you call a roving security good neighbors good size balcony and near everything My daughter studies at the CHS and it is just a short walking distance Great and Love it

Ditto to what they said Lots of extras and is maintained and looked after very well Security in place is better than any apartments around Chilliwack It's true you can stand outside an feel comfortable

I am very happy with the quality of home for the price It is great for a broad spectrum of buyers and renters as it is close to schools and the downtown core The New Mark did not start off with a great reputation due to owners not screening their renters which lead to all sorts of troubles however the Strata council has really turned it around I am impressed with the maintenance program they have in place The security is also bar none for the area with recorded videos tow truck and security patrols The City and Local Police have also steped in to help bring in a Crime Free Multi housing program which has made a world of difference compared to even less than a year ago You can stand outside at night and feel at peace I would recommend these units as a great buy and also a great place to rent as you get way more that what they are renting for The in unit washer and dryers are great too
