Reviewed onGot lucky to get a unit in this building after the developer was sentenced to so much damage for envelop issues he had to fire sell the two units he still owned Building is very average in quality and extensive envelop work has been done already Warranty may be expiring soon I would check that before buying Not very sound proof with small units Some units with amazing views but most without Frequent problems with the garage door and car break ins Probably nearing some serious works and special assessment Location is great for sure But there are better buildings around
