Reviewed onThis building has leaked like a sieve in very recent times due to shoddy building procedures on the part of Polygon Corp It continues to suffer from a veritable plague of failures such as burst pipes faulty electric fittings further building envelope failures subsequent to a renovation ordered by the courts and general disrepair In brief this building epitomizes the semi fraudulent practices carried out by such builders as M Audain's Polygon Beware of it as an investment for it will suck up all your saving A long time owner
