Great Location and Amenities
Reviewed onThis complex has great amenities and the location is very convenient You are very close to Metrotown yet not to close still feels like you are in more of a quiet residential area The garden is one of the nicest features you don't have to leave the complex to enjoy the great outdoors Being an older building the floor plans are quite good and spacious and the value for the area seems to be quite reasonable as well The only thing to be careful of here is that I have heard on more than one occasion that there may be some issues with the building that will need to be repaired and there will be an assessment Worth looking into before Buying
