We had a family reunion and rented 5 condos at Surfside in June 2009 All the units we rented were on the 2nd floor and all were in very nice condition They were booked up while we were there but it was never too loud The beach is a short walk across the street and through a parking lot Very easy to manage even with two preschoolers The pool was very nice and the courtyard is nicely laid out to allow families to grill out and have dinner near the pool area We would definitely go back again It was a great experience
