I visited the parked area and found it to be a complete disaster Floor puddles and water seeping in from the concrete walls made me run for the hills Too bad I really liked the area but this strata board is out of touch if they allow this type of mildew and dampness to occur on their watch

I ve lived in this condo for 12 years and there are good reasons why I stayed The neighbourhood is very quiet there are amazing views great transportation and the floor plan for the 2 bedroom unit is more like a house than a condo it's open plan but the kitchen is at the back with windows so you don't have to worry about leaving a mess It's close to SFU and forest trails the golf course and a grocery store Take a bus to SFU or go downtown or to the airport with a quick 5 minute bus ride to Holdom Skytrain station

This is a great location I have a friend in the building and have visited on a few occassions it is the only highrise in the area that you can buy in and one of only a few that are there It was perfect for us as we spent the day golfing at Burnaby Mountian which is right accross the street and we were able to pick up food at the IGA also right around the corner This is not a location you would expect to find a highrise and that is the best part it is like living in a residential family like area but with the convenience of a highrise There is another bonus here the building has been recently rainscreened
