I owned a unit in this building for awhile and it's not abad place to live With the exception of a few units probably illegal rentals the people living there were nice enough This complex has had more than it's fair share of drama due to poor advise from previous property management companies and a few specific strata council members Some people go on power trips and two on again off again strata council members like to hijack annual general meetings by gathering proxy votes from apathetic owners They then vote themselves onto strata with their proxies and wreak havoc The property management company currently working with the strata seems to be cleaning up the mess left primarily from the aforementioned weasels and if enough owners take the time to inform themselves of what's currently going on with their complex things will continue to change The current strata council and management company seem to be playing hardball with unpaid strata fees and registering liens against those who seem to think they don't have to pay fees it's about time Overall it looks like good things are happening to this complex and had I not had to relocate for work I wouldn't have sold my unit

A terrible place to live just go to a strata meeting to find out how bad this place really is Strata minutes hide the truth insurance deductable is now at an astronomical level because of poor care through out the history of the building Maintanence fees are out of control for absolutely no service or ammenities Buyer Beware
