This building may look a little outdated at first glance but there are a lot of benefits that outway the 1990 decor The condo's are large especially compared to others in the same price in the area 2 bed 2 bath with 1180 sq ft or more Great views and great location Skytrain station breaking ground across the street lougheed station only a few minutes away Great family building quiet Great courtyard 2 swimming pools and underground parking

Wow the view from my friend's suite in this complex is spectacular View of SFU North Burnaby and Downtown Vancouver I would never have expected such a view from Coquitlam Suite also is a good size and layout There is a negative the building does not appear to be very well maintained There are no specific problems that I am aware of but just looking at the building gives me the impression that there is little maintenance being done the outside of the building is stained and dirty inside common areas need updating for sure Seems like an overall good place to live but I would do my homework first
