VERY loud They employ a landscaping company that uses very loud multiple leaf blowers almost every second day instead of quieter alternatives It was impossible to have a quiet conversation it was awful And they blew the leaves etc onto the road and didn't properly clean up when you live in that area I assume you would like quiet in the summer this is not quiet
