Reviewed onWe are looking to purchase a retirement home in a gated community Sun Village have very nice amenities ie pool hot tub pool tables etc The prices of all the homes at over priced for the area We found that there are some hidden costs on some of the homes as a lease payment on the water features As much as we would like to live there lease payment make the cost way over our budget
