We live here it is a wood frame building so like all wood frame buildings sometimes you hear your neighbours It's about being respectful communicating with your neighbours If the noise is late at night or early morning or impacting the enjoyment of your space you can complain a fine will be levied This is a well built building Our building inspector was impressed

This is an extremely poorly built wood frame building meaning you can hear absolutely everything your neighbours are doing including footsteps and squeaking beds above Our neighbours downstairs have come up and told us to stop walking around so much and to not use our garborator due to the noise which makes living here very uncomfortable We are too scared to have friends over or play music Somehow the building has attracted large families with young kids so that small apartments have multiple screaming kids in them all over the building The kids are constantly screaming and shrieking on the balconies and using the hallways as a play area This begins early in the morning and lasts until late at night We have to keep the balcony door shut as a result of the screaming even during hot summer days Many people do DIY upgrades on their units that take extraordinarily long to complete which adds to the constant noise Nobody respects the building from people constantly smoking pot in the underground to litter abandoned junk and dog doo in the elevators and lobby I feel sorry for the janitor as he does an excellent job Ive lived in 8 apartments and this is by far the worst place I have lived in We were suckered in by cheap rent but quickly realized that you get what you pay for We are a normal young couple that are used to living in multi family residential but this place is totally out of control

I visited a unit in this building The exterior is very beautiful Great location with a lot of shops nearby and also close to the park The condo itself is pretty nice Stainless steel appliances and granite in the kitchen The home I saw it was nicely laid out Can't think of anything negative to say
