You are probably already familiar with this building format it's one of many Concord strata buildings with pretty nice amenities pool gym event room billiards table bike rooms etc But be aware regardless of you being an owner or a resident renting from an owner you will not be calling any shots in this place The people managing these two buildings are THE WORST Somehow in the few years they have been here they've developed a sense of entitlement and a power trip usually seen from low level government employees or club door bouncers They seem to have forgotten that maintenance fees pay their salaries How do they get away with this you may ask well the STRATA committee members receives special treatment and therefore have little or no incentive to address complaints about the "concierge" and maintenance staff So unless you would like to feel like an uncomfortable guest in your own home I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This building has good amenities like a tiny gym pool steam room and is very well located It is quite noisy on any floor level because of the ambulances and big trailers that transit both bridges That being said the biggest issue with this building is the power trip senior concierge staff They will ignore you if you are a tenant and terrify you if you are an owner Unless you are part of the Strata committee in which case you get special treatment and protection Even though you pay quite a handsome rent they like to forget that their job as a concierge refers to assisting the residents and not to create more bureaucratic difficulties and obstacles I would not recommend this building for investment as it would make you find a new tenant every time the Strata scares them away

Nice condo I saw here Had some water and Cambie street bridge views Walked to GM Place from there Very convenient for that but the location is pretty busy Close to Costco
