This place is actually in Airdrie We have lived in this place for 3 years and had nothing but problems We have had the condo above us and the one beside us leak and flood at least 3 times each They switch condo management company and the first thing they did was increase move in and out fees to 60 to have someone watch you move out and 100 for damage deposit They removed 1 2 of the garbage bins to try and make people cut down on garbage to save them money They keep scheduling appointments that interfer with your work schedule and then something comes up and they keep rescheduling Don't get me started with visited parking They have lady who gots around and follows you to make sure you are not breaking rules really creepy if you ask me There have also been many issues with suspicious activity at night I recommend keeping away from this place if you can though we had amazing landlords
