Don't even consider moving to 55 Pharr Building is NOT taken care of and there are serious water and mold problems Safety is a BIG concern drugs prostition and not to mention 2 recent fires set by an arsonist tenant in September which displaced 65 people and the fire alarms did not go over either night The buildings need to be condemned which I would not doubt is next
