I enjoyed my stay here as it was a very pleasant and safe condominium area It is very conveniently located to Addison restaurants Just taking a right Monfort and left on Beltline and your at the hotspot and pretty much anything else you are looking for is located literally within 5 minutes of driving Close to the Tollway and 635 I ve lived here happily for 6 years I ve known people who have lived here since the apartments have started back in the 1980 s that says alot about this condo complex and then went ahead and am currently leasing out my condo at the moment since I now live over in house in Plano Its a very classy community you'll see lexus's mercedes bmw's infiniti's and the like There was a very active community patrol to keep it safe I ve always felt safe walking around within the complex at any time at night If there were one complaint I would have about this complex it is the horrible idiotic design of their pools Why in gods name would you put foliage that would attract bees and other insects right by the pools Whoever designed the greenage around there needs to get fired Other than that though I have had no complaints over the past 6 years that I lived here
