Reviewed onIn any strata living arrangement there will be challenges that is a given But what is NOT a given is that the condo you live in will be a real COMMUNITY That is what Tsa Tsu Shores is Umpteen social functions a year for owners to participate in and to socialize with other owners families and friends Beach Cleanup Parties Great Fundraising Efforts and more That on top of ocean front living with spectacular views yes including the beautiful blue herons and eagles If you cant do well with strata living in general then any complex will be a challenge But if you can appreciate and understand what strata living is about then this can be one of the best
