13 YEARS AND COUNTING
Reviewed onOur family has lived at Hartford Woods for over 13 years We have enjoyed being in the best complex in Surrey and the people who live here Our social committee holds events within our complex to bring people together in our own little community A couple of buildings could use paint jobs in their hallways but we have been lucky with managers that work hard in making sure that our complex is not going to be included in the leaky condo category So although its not quite perfect we are happy to call it home and will do for some time

Pleasant Surprise
Reviewed onThe complex was very nice The exterior of the building is very nice It makes a U shape and in the middle is a beautiful courtyard with an amenities area Very nice The home I saw was very large and faced the courtyard It was very quiet The layout was very spacious Only the common areas the hallways in the building looked very dated and old
