BEWARE Marina Village has a serious problem with cable dish network provider Broadband Solutions You cannot have any type of recording device not even TIVO on your TV if you are in any one of the three Marina Village buildings They say this will most likely be a problem for the next 7 years from 2009 It's absolutely ridiculous and horrendous to not be able to record a TV program If your phone rings you're screwed If you have company or take a nap you miss the program I could never recommend ANYONE rent or purchase a home in Marina Village until this problem is corrected
