This condo building is one of the worst run in the city despite its high prices and yuppy clientele The management company is dishonest in its affairs it hires illegal workers to pay them extremely low wages and it provides no contacts with the company during emergencies or after the cleaner has gone home There is no security and various undesirables frequent the outside of the building late at nght as there is a nightclub across the street There have been breakins and police called to deal with intruders The weight room on the 9th floor is not in a good location as it bothers the tenants on the 8th floor and this makes it impossible to work out properly One tenant had his car vandalized after altercations with other tenants because of the noise The turnover rate among owners is extremely high so don't believe the realtors they're dishonest Stay away from this building We're sure glad we moved
