Pacific Point is a fully rainscreened building. Located in Yaletown, it is close to the Aquabus to Granville Island, David Lam Park, and the seawall, and within walking distance to BC Place, Rogers Arena, the Aquatic Centre, Urban Fare, the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, the Vancouver Public Library, and the SkyTrain station. It also offers easy access to UBC. The building facilities include a gym, hot tub, and a garden.
