Excellent quiet well maintained building
Reviewed onOwned a unit here for more than a year Excellent condo board awesome concierges who remember you your family your house cleaner and your work schedule Neighbours who range from young students to mature professionals but all love living in the downtown core and are overall excellent people Some issues that occurred over the year all have been remedied e g garbage system was recently updated new door security system has been installed The building is old but that means the units are very generously sized your 1 bedroom is the size of a 1 den and 1 den is the size of a 2 bedroom condo nowadays Love living here
