The building was not built with quality items If you would buy a base unit you would have to gut it and remodel to put in quality cabinets counter tops etc I found that most of the people in the building were very unfriendly There isn't much for sound proofing either I could always hear loud noises from the condo above mine and lots of noise from the hallway There are some dumb rules as well I was also on the side that faced the beltline and there was a lot of road noise even with the windows closed The pool area is so hot that you can't even stand to be in there to swim and the pool is only 3 4 ft deep
