I bought a condo in the Harmony building in Poco pre sale in March 07 I was given a completion date of April 08 After several set backs my move in date was set for June 18th At the june 18th move in date My appliances were no ready they installed the wrong colour granite countertop the suite was completely dirty and dusty and the laminate flooring had chucks mising and scratches throughout and this was just the big stuff I gave them another week and really nothing was done except for replacing my granite and some cleanup I couln't wait any longer for the repairs as the month end was near so I moved in with the promise that everything would be adressed shortly Fast forward to today its June 23rd almost a year form the day I moved in and still no other work has been done or adressed When I phone I get the run around and my e mails are ignored Things that still need to be adressed Holes in my patio siding that were never filled Shotty paint work in the patio area Water that acumulates in the centre on my patio Granite countertop doesnt extend the full length to wall Cracks in ceiling Missing trim from island bar Tile grout in bathroom hasnt been c leaned up or installed properly My best advice for people researching buying from HJ Porperty DONT DO IT You'll be very dissapointed and won't get what you paid for

I visited a unit in this building It looked fine though the lobby looked like it wasn't completely done I didn't own one here so I don't know about the builder How about other owners I would to hear your experiences

Well Notime has it bang on I owned a unit in this buidlig as well and was very impressed with the look I would say the best in the area Suite was quite nice as well but getting there was a struggle Everything from multiple delays in completion dates to changes in the plans that were not conveyed to buyers to a high number of deficiencies I would not buy from this builder again too bad becuase the end product is quite nice Hard to rate this one my overall rating is based on the end product not the buying experience if based on that it would be POOR

I love the look of the building I was very excited when it was being built However the builder over promised and under delivered They were late didn't have the permits a lot of things unfinished and they changed some of the finishings as well In the end after all said and done the condo wasn't that bad but it was a struggle getting there
