I owned an investment condo in this building and luckily it was facing the inner courtyard The unit was nice typical of Concert Properties nothing fancy but consistent quality The building is unique in that it is a concrete lowrise you will not find this often at all as the cost to build is very high I think this was more of a trial for Concert to see if they could build a concrete lowrise and still make a profit Normally the only place you will see them built is in the higher priced areas like Vancouver West becuase they can charge a higher price there The only negative for this building is if you are facing the front of the building you are looking right at the skytrain Otherwise overall a great building

Owned an investment property here It was a little small and it looked pretty good Nothing really luxurious but it was nice My condo faced the courtyard so it was pretty peaceful and quiet No fireplace in this condo A couple of blocks from skytrain

I owned an investment property here I thought that the unit was finished alright Many of the buildings and suites in this area seem very similar to myself Concert developed many of the buildings in this area so I guess that explains it Convenient condo for young couples and someone with no car
