old condo that attempted to be remodeled but failed greatly lots of nosey weird neighbors that are in you face all the time for everything you do looking for gossip I got robbed and hit twice parking my car out in the front of the condo very little insulation between floors causing a whole lot of noise and complaints from everyone and their mom VERY nosey association that will be in your face for whatever small thing you do they claim to have some patio furniture along the pool when all they have is 3 chairs not even a table they claim to have a bbq area which is non existent the Elevator's permit hasnt been renewed in years they only has 2 washers and 2 driers for 30 apartments and most of the time one of each is broken which the association isnt in charge of repairing I could keep going on and on of the bad things in this place do yourself a favor and stay away from it
