Awesome housing area with transit shopping playground and park within walking distance
Reviewed onJust moved in in Dec 2016 and I would say my kids and I truly love the Condo with friendly council members and neighbors good ratio of different nationality The Radiant heat and Gas fireplace which is included in the Strata fee kept the hallways and our home nice and warm throughout this crazy Winter Building is up to date with all the maintenance stated in the Depreciation Report and there is a Full time maintenance guy cleaning the building and monitoring the CCTV Underground visitors parking bike cage washing bay lockers A C outlet on every pillar Wow almost everything we need is within walking distance transit shopping cinema library playground park and quick access to highways 10 91 99
