1323 Homer Rental building
Reviewed onI have rented here for 16 years It is an extremely well maintained well run building It is currently a full apartment rental unlike 1331 which I a condo There are a number of long term tenants and so rents are still manageable for the long timers But the building is now up for sake to a developer Rumours abound that the sale will close mid 2012 Of course this means there is a strong likelihood of renovations in the future Too bad as there are so few rental buildings in Yaletown If you are renting for the first time here be sure to ask if the sale has gone though and what the developers plans are or you could find yourself here for a short time if the renovations are approved But it is an excellent building and in very good shape
