Great place but very noisy and gets baked in summer
Reviewed onThe building has great amenities Lounge Party Room Theatre Gym Yoga Room Pool Jacuzzi Sauna Stream Room all included in your maintenance fee Apartments are small but have a good layout It's close to everything The only problem is the area in very noisy because of the bridges right next to it Through temporary but there a lot of construction planned around the building BC Casino new condos which make noise level unbearable if you looking to rent this is a good bargain point I live in one of the south east facing condo on 20th floor actually its 15th as there is no 1 2 4 13 and 14 and it just gets baked in winter and if I opened the windows can't sleep because of the noise May be North facing condos might be cooler and less noisy I will recommend it if you get a good deal
