Lived here for 4 years of hell Regretted moving here 2 months in When I moved in there were signs up saying homeless people were sleeping in the laundry room They also sleep outside in the back I actually cleaned up human feces HUMAN FECES in the parking area a few times 1st floor has a massive pot smoker You smell it all the time We had to call the fire department on him twice b c he was trying to build a motorized bike inside had spilt a tank of gas twice The second time he fell asleep The fire fighters had to threaten to break down his door as he refused to open it You can frequently find drug bags and heroin needles inside outside the building The 2nd floor is actually worse Last year this couple let their dog take large dumps all over the balcony in the front I took photos to send to the condo board she wrote me a threatening letter put it under my door New people let their cat wander the halls have visitors all the time who all seem to have a key Other floors are okay except this one day I came home there was a drugged up girl coming down from the 3rd floor trying to open all the doors asking people for meth Not to mention expensive assessments It was the worst investment of my life Ended up losing over 11 000 just to escape Night before we moved out there was a shopping cart with crowbars by the door and the day I moved out there was another piece of human feces on a mat in my parking stall That was a nice good bye
