Reviewed onWell there is not much more to say There is good value here it is not the most appealing building but overall seems to be taken care of relatively well and location is convenient The biggest negative for me is the building is very dated the common areas are still in origonal condition All in all though I think for the prices in here it is a good buy and I would reccomend to first time buyers or young couples
